Here at HUTCH we feel that delivery is very important and the furniture we sell needs to be transported with care which is why we use a specialist furniture delivery company. We send all furniture and delicate items this way and we can even put them into your desired room plus we can take the rubbish away too.
Place your order
Once you’ve place your order you will receive an email confirmation from our website then we will give you a call a day or two later to confirm your items and let you know when the items will be ready to send.
Which day you say
Once all of you order is ready to send our friendly delivery team will contact you directly by email and telephone to let you know when they can deliver so you can choose a convenient date in your diary, followed by a 3 hour window before the date of delivery.
On the day
On the day of delivery the driver will call to let you know when they are around 30minutes away just in case you popped out to grab some milk. Once they arrive they will be happy to pop the items into you desired room and can unwrap and remove the rubbish if you wish.
Free delivery for most UK locations, areas which incur a small fee will be applied when you checkout.

How is delivery arrange?
We will call you upon receiving your order to arrange a convienient day for delivery. Delivery can be as soon as 2 working days depending on stock allocation.
What if in not ready for my items?
We understand that you may be purchasing your items for a newly decorated room or moving into a new home, place your order and we can hold your items until you are ready for delivery
Where do we deliver?
We offer FREE delivery on most areas of UK mainland. Deliveries to Isle Of Wight, Northern Ireland and specific postcodes in remote areas may incur an additional cost and may only be delivered via a pallet delivery network.
AB,KY, IV, PH, KW, PA, BT, IM, HS and all Scottish Islands incur an additional delivery cost - please contact us for a quote.
How long will my delivery take?
90% of orders are delivered within 7 to 10 days unless a faster method of delivery is available or has been selected, if a product is out of stock we will contact you to discuss the updated lead time for delivery and you will be entitled to a full refund if you don't wish to wait for the product.
All products have an estimated delivery time which varies product to product so please take this into consideration when ordering.
Delivery time will vary depending on the items ordered. Each individual product page has an estimated delivery time based on stocking levels and availability. If you are ordering multiple items please use the longest delivery time as the one for estimating delivery.
We constantly update our estimated delivery times, however, if an item is not available for despatch within the estimated dates we will contact you as soon as possible. If delivery time is a concern then please contact our sales team on 0800 170 1661 quoting your order number.
What happens once I have ordered?
For UK mainland deliveries once your item/items are ready to be despatched you will contacted to arrange a date for delivery. The day offered for delivery will be scheduled in line with the delivery areas of our team or the carrier and the route plans for your postcode area. If you are not available on the first suggested date our team will happily offer delivery for the following week etc. Please accept our apologies if the carriers’ route is not on the most suitable day for you.
For all non mainland UK deliveries you will be contacted and advised about delivery.
Please note failed deliveries on the customers part will incur an additional charge of 50% of the original delivery charge amount, if the deliver was FREE then a charge of £30 will be added to your order.
On the day
For all deliveries it is important that you or someone you trust is there to receive the delivery. The majority of deliveries will be via our standard one man delivery service, using this service allows us to keep delivery costs down which we pass on in free delivery.
Wherever possible we will deliver your furniture to a room of your choice, however, delivery is only guaranteed to within your front door. Carriers will not unwrap or assemble any items.
With larger or heavier items you may be required to assist the driver in unloading your items. Should this potentially be a problem please contact us to discuss our two man delivery service (at extra cost).
Furniture is generally delivered via a large van or lorry, please ensure your property is accessible for this size of vehicle. Should our carriers deem access to your property unsafe then goods will not be delivered and may incur a redelivery cost.
